Thought Systems

In life, we have a thought system which can often be subconscious and we don't know is there.  When loving yourself, it is important to get to know what your subconscious thought patterns are and what is quietly driving you to do the things you do.  The subconscious thought systems can be either positive or negative.  Which ones are you experiencing?  Are you getting the results you want in life?  Do you continue to cycle in behavioural patterns that do not serve you?

Your thought systems will never always be positive and thinking that it will could cause you to be delusional.  Get to know your thoughts and begin to do what I call "reframing".  This is when you start to notice the negative self talk and turn it around to a believable statement that is positive.  For example, if one of your thoughts is "I'm not good enough" then you can reframe that thought to say "Every day I work on being good enough".  It is a sublte and believable statment to cause you to begin to see yourself differently.

Small changes in your thinking can have a large impact on your life and what you are projecting toward other people.  You are always radiating your subconscious thought patterns and attracting to you what you want or what you don't want depending on what you are deep down thinking.  There is no quick fix for shifting your thinking, it's a constant process of self awareness and self monitoring to be able to have a healthy self esteem and learn to love yourself in a way that suits you!!!
